Welcome to Strategic Education Pathways Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Strategic Education Pathways Inc. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

We provide educational consulting and advisory services for students seeking admission to universities and colleges, offering personalized guidance tailored to individual needs through various service packages.
2. Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- “Services”: The educational consulting services provided by Strategic Education Pathways Inc.
- “Client”: Any individual or entity purchasing or using the Services.
- “Agreement”: The contract formed between Strategic Education Pathways Inc. and the Client upon acceptance of these Terms.
- “Packages”: Specific service offerings, including Essentials Pathway, Scholar’s Pathway, and Future Leaders Pathway.
3. Scope of Services
We offer comprehensive educational consulting services, which may include, but are not limited to:
- Application Guidance: Assistance with university/college application processes.
- Essay and Personal Statement Support: Review, editing, and feedback for application essays and personal statements.
- Extracurricular Development: Strategic planning to enhance extracurricular profiles.
- Financial Aid and Scholarship Consultation: Guidance on funding opportunities and applications.
Deliverables for each package will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement signed by the Client and Strategic Education Pathways Inc.
4. Service Packages
4.1 Essentials Pathway
Provides foundational support for application preparation, including basic essay reviews and application checks.
4.2 Scholar’s Pathway
Includes all Essentials Pathway features plus detailed feedback on academic planning, essay refinement, and tailored application strategies.
4.3 Future Leaders Pathway
Our most comprehensive offering, featuring ongoing mentorship, leadership profile development, and competitive admissions strategies.
4.4 Customization
Additional services or bespoke packages may be available upon request, subject to mutual agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the success of the engagement, the Client agrees to:
5.1 Accuracy of Information
- Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information, including academic records, extracurricular achievements, and personal details.
- Notify us of any changes to your information promptly.
5.2 Timely Cooperation
- Respond promptly to our requests for information or feedback.
- Adhere to mutually agreed timelines for document submissions, consultations, and reviews.
5.3 Compliance with Academic Integrity
- Refrain from requesting or submitting plagiarized work. Our role is to guide and support; all application materials must reflect the Client’s original thoughts and experiences.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Fees
- The cost of each service package will be outlined in the Service Agreement.
- Any additional services requested beyond the scope of the selected package will incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing.
6.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required upon signing the Service Agreement.
- Balance: The remaining balance is due according to the schedule specified in the Agreement.
6.3 Refund Policy
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
- If the Client terminates the Agreement before completion of Services, Strategic Education Pathways Inc. reserves the right to retain fees proportional to the Services already rendered.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
7.1 Confidentiality
All information shared with us will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose any personal or academic information to third parties without your express consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Advisory Nature of Services
Our Services are advisory and educational in nature. We do not guarantee admission to any educational institution, financial aid, or scholarships.
8.2 Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from or in connection with the Services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the Services.
8.3 Exclusions
We are not responsible for:
- Decisions made by educational institutions.
- Errors or omissions in Client-provided information.
- Delays or failures caused by external factors, such as technical issues or third-party actions.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Strategic Education Pathways Inc., including templates, guides, and resources, remain the intellectual property of the Company. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10. Termination of Services
10.1 Termination by Strategic Education Pathways Inc.
We reserve the right to terminate the Agreement without notice if the Client:
- Fails to comply with these Terms.
- Provides false or misleading information.
- Engages in unethical or illegal conduct during the engagement.
10.2 Termination by Client
The Client may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice. In such cases, any outstanding fees will remain payable.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to binding arbitration in Alberta, Canada.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
13. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or on our website. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
